Cultivating Akashic Leadership: A Transformative Path with Kevin Jackson

Join us for an immersive journey stepping into your Akashic Leadership role through the Pathway Prayer Process© This course is designed to explore and embody the light within you and in others. We will be exploring fundamental concepts and practical applications of working within the Akashic Records, empowering you to deepen your personal and teaching practices, honoring your responsibilities, and cultivating an inspired approach to service. At the end of the sessions, you will be paired with a fellow student to complete shared readings on the homework assignments; then, at the beginning of the next session, we will review them before going on to the next topic.
Session 1: The Opportunity
In our first session, we will explore the purpose and significance of conducting readings within the Akashic Records. Participants will explore the responsibility of uplifting and recognizing the light within clients, even when they struggle to see it themselves. We will discuss the unique opportunity that arises from one soul connecting with another, emphasizing the inherent challenges and imperfections we all face. Through interactive discussions and an Open Record Exercise, participants will be encouraged to identify their strengths and areas for growth as they prepare for their roles as practitioners.

Session 2: Responsibility
This session focuses on the three essential areas of responsibility that practitioners must uphold: responsibility to ourselves, to others, and the Records. We will engage in reflective exercises to explore how we can respond appropriately to the needs of ourselves and others in empowering ways. Participants will learn to recognize and move beyond personal judgments to foster a compassionate and truthful connection with clients. We will also discuss establishing supportive structures in our practice, including the importance of time, place, and financial considerations.

Session 3: The Privilege
This session will explore the profound privilege of working within the Akashic Records. Participants will reflect on the unique calling to serve and how humility plays a vital role in our work as practitioners. We will discuss the importance of recognizing our talents and capabilities while maintaining a grounded perspective on our responsibilities. As we engage in guided discussions and self-reflective exercises, participants will explore the interplay between self-care and service, learning how to maintain their well-being while being effective agents of the light.

Session 4: The Vision in Action - An Inspired Practice
Our final session focuses on creating an inspired practice within the context of the Pathway Prayer Process©. Participants will learn the key elements of nurturing a practice that serves both themselves and others while embracing growth and adaptability. We will explore the life cycle of our practice, from the initial desire to serve to actively conducting readings and ongoing self-care. This session will discuss how to follow the light of consciousness, transmit healing through words, and maintain integrity as practitioners. Participants will leave this session equipped with actionable insights for cultivating their inspired practice in the world.
