Join Gourmand Award-Winning Chef Maria Benardis and learn how to make Pizza from scratch!
There’s nothing so delicious as fresh gnocchi and creating it yourself. In this interactive cooking class Gourmand Award winning chef Maria Benardis will guide you to make the perfect hand-made Pizza Dough. A gluten free version will also be demonstrated,
The freshly made Pizza dough will be accompanied with a classic Arugala and Parmesan Cheese salad.
Various Pizza Toping options will be provided and you get to choose which pizza you would like to create. These will include a vegetarian delight, Margherita, Pizza ai Quattro Formaggi: Four-Cheese Pizza and more!
During the cooking class Maria will share her ancient Greek health and wellness wisdom and lively story telling.
- Cooking class is fully interactive
-Chef accompanies you throughout the entire process.
-Ask as many questions as you want!
-No experience is required!
-You will receive the recipes, information on what equipment you will need and ingredients list required to cook along with the Chef Maria (you will find these in the resource area at least 2 weeks prior to the class date)
-Classes are vegan, vegetarian friendly. Alternatives are suggested for gluten free cooking. Ingredient Substitutes will also be discussed.
-The duration of the class is 2 hours

Tickets are on a per-person basis. The class times are Eastern Time!
